Ezgrea PU is a polyurea thickener in form of white powder, which is produced by patented technology with specially designed procedure and equipment. This product is non-toxic and easy/safe to use. Ezgrea PU provides a simple, easy and cost effective way for making polyurea greases without issues of handling and storage of toxic raw materials from traditional production procedures.

lEzgrea PUworks in standard grease manufacturing equipment (no reactor needed):

nVessel for stirring and heating up to 180°C

nRoller Mill, High Pressure Homogenizers.

lEzgrea PU treat rate recommended:

NLGI Grade 0 1 2 3 Ezgrea PU treat rate (wt %) 5-7 9-11 12-15 16-19

Note: recommendation above is based on 500SN base oil. Final NLGIgrades may vary with specific base oils’ viscosity and additive performance as well as production operation. It is recommended to make adjustment for a specific grease production based on requirements.
